It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.
In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.
Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.
You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.
Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

You can return the product which hasn’t been used, is in saleable condition and has consumer properties.

Payment procedure:
The processing of your payment data is carried out solely for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To process payments, we may use an external payment service provider, which handles your data in encrypted form and does not use it for its own purposes. If your payment is not confirmed, please contact the bank that issued your card directly or verify that the security procedure (such as 3-D Secure or a one-time password) has been successfully completed.
You can pay for your order directly upon delivery. This service is available for orders delivered by a door-to-door courier.
Service fee: €4.00 (including VAT), regardless of the order amount.
In accordance with Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), the payment is considered completed when the amount due is handed over to the authorized courier. The Company will credit the reward points for the order only after receiving the corresponding transfer from the courier service.
If the payment is received by the Company by the 4th day of the month following the month of delivery, the points will be counted for the current month. If the payment is received after that date, the points will be credited in the following month’s report.
The processing of your personal data and data related to cash-on-delivery payments is carried out solely for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Payment-related data is processed by the courier, who acts as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
The courier is required to issue a receipt or fiscal document confirming the payment, in compliance with Article 21 of Presidential Decree No. 633 of 26 October 1972.
You can easily and securely pay for your order using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Both payment services ensure the secure processing of your transaction through the credit or debit card linked to your device.
The payment is processed through the respective payment service provider in accordance with the security standards established by the EU Directive 2015/2366 on Payment Services (PSD2), using encrypted data transmission.

You can pay for your order via bank transfer (SEPA) by transferring the amount from your account online or at any bank branch.

With your Coral Wallet, you can pay for your order in full or in part — up to 100% of its total value using the bonus points available in your club account. The maximum percentage of bonus points that can be used for payment may vary depending on the country and local conditions.

If your club account has available bonus points, the “Use Coral Wallet” option will automatically appear during the payment selection process, showing the amount of bonus points available.
If you prefer not to use bonus points for this order, simply uncheck this option, select another preferred payment method, and complete your purchase as usual.

Group orders
If you participate in a group order, you can transfer your bonus points from your club account to the personal account of another member of the group through whom the order is placed. After the transfer, the bonus points can only be used for purchases in the online store.

Orders for which payment is received after 4:00 p.m. are processed on the next business day. Processing takes place only on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in Italy.
Shipping and delivery are carried out according to the delivery method selected during purchase. The indicated delivery times apply to shipments within Italy. For deliveries to other EU countries, delivery times may increase accordingly.

Actual delivery times may vary from those indicated, particularly in cases of force majeure, holidays, or unforeseen delays by the courier. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer only when they (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods, in accordance with Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code. Coral Club is committed not only to legal compliance but also to creating the most comfortable experience for our customers. That’s why we have voluntarily extended the legally mandated return period from 14 to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. You can return the products without providing any reason, as long as the return conditions are met (product and packaging remain intact and supporting documents are provided). This is another step by Coral Club toward building trust, transparency, and respect for every customer.

According to Articles 52 and 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return goods of satisfactory quality purchased through distance selling (online, by phone, etc.) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. Coral Club complies with the requirements of Italian law, including Articles 52–59 and Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which regulate the consumer’s right of withdrawal, return, and refund in the case of distance sales. At the same time, the company aims to provide its customers with an additional level of comfort and trust. Coral Club operates a direct supply model exclusively through the official website https://it.coral.club/?language=it — without a wholesale purchase or resale system. Our distributors (independent partners) do not engage in commercial procurement or resale of products; they act solely as consultants, providing information, sharing personal experiences, and promoting the brand and products as part of their professional activities (e.g., in offices, salons, at events, etc.).
Coral Club strictly prohibits the resale of products via marketplaces, third-party stores, or without the company's consent. Such actions contradict the principles of direct sales and may result in:
However, we understand that in the course of demonstration activities, a distributor may need to have more products on hand than would normally be intended for personal consumption (for example, a seminar, presentation of a specific product, a distributor-run product-based challenge, etc.).
Each such case — the purpose of the wholesale purchase, type, and quantity of the required products — is discussed individually and directly with the distributor. If part of the products remains unused afterwards, Coral Club offers an extended voluntary return guarantee of up to 12 months, exclusively for distributors (independent partners), subject to the following conditions:

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), in particular Articles 52–59 and 56, and taking into account the specifics of direct and distance sales, Coral Club applies the provisions outlined below.
Marketing Materials
All Coral Club marketing materials are provided exclusively in digital format and free of charge via the distributor’s personal account.
Therefore, due to their intangible nature and lack of commercial value, such materials are not subject to return or reimbursement. This is in accordance with Article 59, point (o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which excludes the right of withdrawal in cases where digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has been made available, provided that its performance began with the consumer’s prior consent.
Organizational Fee (30 conventional units)
When upgrading from consumer to distributor status, an organizational fee of 30 conventional units is charged.
This fee is not a payment for goods or services within a B2C transaction but represents payment for administrative processing and access to the Coral Club partner functionality.
In accordance with the principles of fair practice and direct sales standards, a distributor has the right to terminate their partnership with Coral Club at any time.
In this case, upon the distributor’s request, the amount of 30 conventional units will be refunded in the form of bonus points to the Coral Wallet account in the personal account within 14 calendar days of notification from the Club Member. This complies with the company’s internal policy and the principle of equivalent compensation.
